charity c. tran

A graduate of the USC Master of Professional Writing program, Ms. Tran is a Los Angeles-based writer who has published fiction, creative non-fiction, technical non-fiction, and poetry.  Her inspiration is her life in Los Angeles which includes food, dreams, Los Angeles people, public transit, technology, family, and friends.

As a Digital Strategist in Web, Social Media, and User Experience, Ms. Tran specializes in website analysis, web strategy, and social media implementation including a deep background in civic sector, non-profit, and the arts.  In addition to day-to-day client work, she has spoken at a number of conferences and workshops about online marketing and social media.

Ms. Tran is also pursuing her doctorate online at Texas Tech University in Technical Communication & Rhetoric.  She believes in the power of rhetoric and bridging the gap between academic research and practice.
